TEAM HISTORY

After completing hospitality school in Switzerland, Ms. Carolyn Matticks came to Saigon and opened La Cigale Restaurant during 1993, which soon became one of Vietnam’s most popular French Restaurant. Following La Cigale’s success, Le Caprice restaurant was born in 1995. Ms. Carolyn Matticks then molded Le Caprice Restaurant to become one of the most prestigious fine dining restaurants in Vietnam, winning multiple international awards for customer service and commitment to quality.

After 20 years of service with General Manager Carolyn Matticks, the same team resides in our new restaurant, Le Chateau de Saigon. Our team is proud of our history, but our GM. is always pushing the envelope to find new ways to please our guests.
