​    Le Chateau de Saigon Restaurant is from the creators of both renowned La Cigale and Le Caprice Restaurants, and we are continuing to keep our origin of Continental Fine Dining.  Though, our intention is to transport our guests back in time, and experience fine dining like it was in French Indochina.
